The wireless pulse is being applied in different fields due to its high precision, high capacity and wide range. At present, most of the personnel positioning system adopted by the technology is still RFID and WiFi, etc, there is still a vacancy in the high precision personnel positioning due to their poor positioning accuracy, bad stability and high cost. Especially in the process of tunnel construction and mine construction, we need to cover and position all the work areas, it will take some influence to the construction if we layout many equipment and monitoring stations , which will caused the positioning information is delayed and inaccurate. In this paper, we combined the characteristics of the wireless pulse and designed a kind of high precision positioning system, which is used to solve the problems such as personnel positioning error and information transfer interference, the more important is that it can provide a new method for personnel positioning design in different areas.
