The establishment of the emergency management department shows that China has begun to build an emergency rescue system at the national level. In the field of metal non-metal mines, the government-led three-tiered emergency rescue system for the country , local, and mining enterprises will gradually form. From the aspects of mine emergency rescue development status, evolution of emergency rescue system, allocation of mine emergency resources and guarantee of technical equipment, and training and management of mine emergency rescue personnel, the construction and development of metal non-metal mine emergency rescue systems are elaborated and combed. Point out the problems existing in China's emergency rescue system in the field of metal non-metallic mines, and put forward the direction of improvement.
