Machine Learning with Avatar-Based Management at the Platform of the Sleptsov Net-processor for Digital Transformation

The literature review of known sources forming theoretical bases of calculations on networks Sleptsova and on the basis of author's developments Machine Learning with Avatar-Based Management, established basis for Digital Transformation new results. Also it is established that the Petri net is performed exponentially slower and is a special case of the Sleptsov network. The universal network of Sleptsov is a prototype of the Sleptsov network processor. The authors conclude that Machine Learning techniques with Avatar-Based Management and Intellegent control at the Platform of the Sleptsov Net-processor is the future solution for Digital Economy in Russia.
