This paper deals with how discourses from different fields can be integrated into an interactive ESP learning system customised for users of different levels and needs by matching parametric settings from account-based cloud computing. As a technical solution to problems faced by the allocation of foreign language resources in China in terms of the controversies over EGP and ESP roadmaps due to the imbalance between synergy and efficacy, a modular retrieval design is devised for the dynamic connections across proficiency development, professional skills and program management. It intends to transform the current ESP education in China in respect of publications, practices and policies by improving the academic classroom-oriented environment from the perspective of a lifetime platform-based ecosystem.
