Introducing a new observation particle, the observeon, and developing nuclear fusion are the state of the art of modern physics. Perception, observation, and the role of the observer play a part in the operator picture of quantum mechanics requiring a new paradigm of understanding symmetric SU(n) particle interactions. The heat capacity of a fusion plasma, from dimensional reduction and a new equation of state from string theory, modified L mode kinetic theory, and new Regge angular momentum should generate a description of quantum chromodynamics that saturates explanations of thermodynamics and the strong force by eliminating the neutrino. Additionally, developing toroidal coordinates and new geometric eigenfunctions will develop rigorous practical applications in alternative fusion base-load energy from turbulent mode mitigation and ignition formation. The observeon will solve the measurement problem in quantum mechanics and propose a deterministic natural formation of observation that creates states. The observeon is a more generalized s matrix string state analytically continued from infinite present and past spacetime positions. The observeon is a polytope with a prime number of faces; analysis of prime numbered states will assist in developing theories of turbulence, critical for fusion, randomness, important for the Bell's inequalities problem, and the Riemann zeta function, one of the current proofs eluding the scientific community.
