For the heating unit in the thermal test results, there are 330MW subcritical steam turbine industrial heating medium voltage bleeder valve (Seat cylinder regulating valve type, the number of four, vertical side-by-side arrangement, synchronous throttle opening, annular steam chamber, transverse symmetry layoutthe ,No.1, 2, 3, 4) in the operation of the throttling loss is large, resulting in decreased efficiency of intermediate pressure cylinder, especially the lower the unit electricity load and reat load,middle pressure cylinder efficiency drops the greater of the key technical problems. this paper takes 330MW subcritical steam turbine as an example, study and adopt methods of admission force analysis and field performance test of control valve,the factors of efficiency and adjustment reliability of middle pressure cylinder of steam turbine are considered,the technical scheme of symmetrical opening sequence (No.2, No.3,→No.1, No.4) of steam turbine medium-pressure extraction regulating valves is proposed.take the technical route, first, qualitative technical analysis to improve the technical program; Then, modify DEH logic and unit field performance test verification; Finally, evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement. The test and analysis results show that: the steam turbine industrial heating medium pressure extraction regulating valve, the use of both double symmetry open the order technical scheme, instead of throttling regulation technical scheme, effectively improve the efficiency of steam turbine medium pressure cylinder and safe and reliable in the switching process,in the domestic initiative, has the promotion value. at the same time, the enlightenment of our future generating units to industrial heating units, on the basis of energy cascade utilization principle, take the unit ontology flow regulation and external steam extraction steam dual source heating scheme, test to determine the critical point of heat flow, which is lower than the critical flow rate is given priority to with external extraction steam heating unit, higher than the critical flow rate is given priority to with ontology to regulate the flow of steam flux, in order to reduce the throttling loss, improve the unit economy.
