Contrastive Analysis of the Super Low Emission Technical Routines for CFB Boiler Flue Gas Pollutants

To meet the super low emission standard of flue gas pollutants for Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler, while to keep the advantage of low cost of air pollutant controlling, an economical, high-efficiency super low emission technology is very necessary for further development of CFB boiler. This manuscript gave two super low emission technical routines for CFB boiler, which mainly used semi-dry CFB-FGD/ Limestone-Gypsum wet FGD as core technology respectively, and compared the technical economy of the two super low emission technology routines. Contrastive Analysis result indicated that the investment and operating cost of semi-dry CFB-FGD routine was obviously lower than those of Limestone-Gypsum wet FGD routine, because of no waste water, no need of “white elimination” and chimney anti-corrosion, less power and water consuuption. The research results can provide reference and guideline for deciding the super low emission technology routine for CFB boiler.
