Abstract: Basic characteristics of double grate, the structure and working process of DHC type hot water boiler are introduced. The layout of DHC type hot water boiler economizer is optimized. The configuration of steel tube economizer and cast iron economizer is discussed in detail. The temperature distribution formula of square fin in cast iron economizer and the heat dissipation calculation of fin are put forward. The optimal interface between steel tube economizer and cast iron economizer is obtained. which can reduce the manufacturing cost of DHC type hot water boiler, improve the safety and reliability of boiler operation, and also provide a theoretical foundation for manufacturing departments and operating departments.
