凝汽器是机组热力循环中的冷源,是火电、核电机组中的关键设备。在运行过程中结垢堵管、水质恶化等问题对设备的安全性和经济性都有很大的危害,因此需要对凝汽器关键热性能参数、化学参数进行预警/报警监测,评价实际运行中堵管率对凝汽器性能影响,基于传热学法分析凝汽器运行优化的方法。本文通过对HEI标准设计凝汽器运行参数梳理,提出了凝汽器性能监测的关键参数,在1.1%设计裕量的基础上根据实际工况核定了实际运行时的堵管裕量为2%左右。根据凝汽器与循环水泵不同的运行状况,计算了不同功率、海水温度下凝汽器理论背压,优化运行。
Condenser is the cold source in the thermodynamic cycle of the unit. Condensers are the key equipments in thermal power plant and nuclear power plant. In the course of operation, fouling and plugging, water quality deterioration and other problems have great harm to the safety and economy of condenser. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct early warning/alarm monitoring on the critical thermal performance parameters and chemical parameters of the condenser to evaluate the actual operation. The influence of the pipe blocking rate on the performance of the condenser is based on the heat transfer method to analyze the optimization of the condenser operation. In this paper, by designing the operating parameters of the condenser for HEI standard, the key parameters of the performance monitoring of the condenser are proposed. Based on the 1.1% design margin of plugging rate, the plugging margin of the actual operation is 2% according to the actual working conditions. about. According to the different operating conditions of the condenser and the circulating water pump, the theoretical back pressure of the condenser under different power and seawater temperatures is calculated and optimized.
