Energy storage type automobile air conditioning refrigeration system based on tail gas residual heat

Aiming at the phenomenon that the exhaust heat of automobile engine is seriously wasted, an energy storage type air conditioning refrigeration system based on waste heat of exhaust gas is designed. The system uses a heat pipe heat exchanger to recover the residual heat of the high temperature exhaust gas in the main and auxiliary muffler, and uses the regenerator to store the thermal energy for use in the adsorption bed of the adsorption refrigeration system. When the running condition of the automobile is good, the heat required for the adsorption bed is directly provided by the waste heat of the exhaust gas; when the running condition of the automobile is poor, the heat required for the adsorption bed is replenished by the heat accumulator to ensure that the refrigeration system can always run smoothly. It is calculated that the vehicle using this system saves about 9.5% of the oil in a hundred kilometers compared with the vehicle using the compression refrigeration system. The energy saving and emission reduction effect of the system is very significant, and can be applied not only to cars but also to medium and large automobiles.
