Simulation Study on Water Mixing combustion of Diesel Engine柴油机掺水燃烧的仿真研究

In annex VI to the MARPOL73/78 Convention, promulgated by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), strict emission standards have been established for the discharge of marine pollutants, and diesel engines are widely used as ship power because of their high performance characteristics, but the NOx, which is the main emission of pollutants, is difficult to meet the regulatory requirements. Scholars have done a lot of research on reducing emissions, of which diesel water combustion technology is one of the ways to improve diesel engine combustion and reduce NOx and carbon smoke emissions. In this paper, the simulation model of diesel oil mixed with water is carried out, and TBD234V6 diesel engine is established by means of fire software, and the correctness of the model is verified by comparing the simulation data with the test results of the original machine. The variation of combustion characteristics, fuel consumption rate, NOx and carbon smoke emission with the proportion of mixed water under different loads was analyzed, and the maximum burst pressure was increased, the fuel consumption rate, exhaust temperature, NOx and carbon smoke emission decreased when the water mixing rate was 5%, 10% and 20%. However, the water consumption rate increased at 20%, and the emission of carbon smoke deteriorated. Therefore, the optimum ratio of water to water is 5%-10%.
国际海事组织(简称IMO)颁布的MARPOL73/78公约附则VI中对船舶污染物排放制定了严格的排放标准。柴油机因为高性能的特点而被作为船舶动力广泛应用,但其主要排放污染物的NOx却很难满足法规要求。学者们对降低排放做了大量研究,其中柴油掺水燃烧技术是能够改善柴油机燃烧,降低NOx和碳烟排放的方法之一。本文就柴油掺水燃烧进行探索性研究,借助FIRE软件,建立TBD234V6柴油机仿真模型,通过对比仿真数据和原机试验结果验证了模型的正确性。分析不同负荷下燃烧特性、燃油消耗率、NOx及碳烟排放随掺水比例增加的变化规律,掺水率为5%、10%、20%时,最高爆发压力有所上升、油耗率、排气温度、NOx和碳烟排放都有所下降。但掺水率在20%时油耗率有所上升,碳烟的排放出现恶化。因此,得出最佳的掺水比例为5%-10%。
