With the increasing proportion of new energy power supply and load penetrating into the power grid, the load structure of the power grid is changing. Replacing coal with electricity , large capacity storage and electricity heating making the composition and characteristics of conventional load change fundamentally. Meanwhile there are the larger changes in the overall features of the power load and the larger randomness and elasticity of loads.As a result, mastering users' characteristics and behavior habits of electricity can be effectively applied in the system of safety evaluation and operation plan, which is of great significance for power system.
Power system load under the condition of new energy power complied with high permeability is influenced by a variety of external factors. The characteristics changing with time have the characteristics of continuity, periodic and unbridled.We must take effective measures to fully exert the load ability of adjusting and scheduling, realize the coordinated scheduling of the distribution network.
Therefore, based on the analysis of various load characteristics and the adjustable controllability of load participating in power grid dispatching operation, this paper re-conducts static decomposition modeling of load and establishes a multi-dimensional decomposition model of regional power load. Finally, the method of adaptive load participating in power grid dispatching operation is realized.
The main research contents of this paper are as follows :(1) analyze the charging behavior characteristics of ev and establish the probability model of ev charging load; (2) analyze the control characteristics and operation mode of the heat and power storage boiler, then establish the thermo-electric regulation and control load model of the heat and power storage boiler; (3) analyze the working mode and operating constraints of energy storage battery, and establish the power regulation load model of large-capacity energy storage battery.
