In order to effectively realize the construction of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things, a communication technology architecture plan for the construction is proposed for the sensing layer and the network layer and the idea of optimizing energy allocation is also proposed in the application layer. The aim of the plan is to solve the data sensing and the interaction problems of household electrical appliances, distribution network equipment, factory load data transmission and interaction problems and so on. The idea of intelligent power consumption is also put forward.
