Abstract-The excitation system plays an important role in improving the stability of power system parallel units. In this article, the excitation system parameters of a generator are determined by field measurement, and the mathematical model of the excitation system is established based on the power system analysis program (PSASP7). Finally, the simulation analysis of the excitation system model is carried out, and compared with the actual response results, the correctness of the excitation control system model parameters is verified. It provides accurate calculation data for stability analysis of electric power system and daily production dispatch of power network. It plays an important role in improving the stability of power grid and ensuring the safe operation of power grid.
