A coordinated sub-synchronous resonance damping controller is proposed for DFIG integrated power system in this paper. First, the state space model of DFIG integrated power system is built. Then the optimum feedback signals are chosen by the highest participators related to the critical sub-synchronous resonance modes. And the supplementary damping controller is designed and the coordinated controller is formed by coordinating different supplementary damping loops. The simulation results of the test system demonstrate the proposed robust controller could give good performance for damping SSR of the DFIG integrated power system.
