摘要
Under extreme conditions, all transmission lines in a common corridor are at risk of complete outrage. Once a common outrage occurs in an aisle, it will pose a huge impact on the power grid and a blackout may occur. This paper proposes an approach to the risk assessment of transmission aisle as lifeline engineering that supports dynamic risk assessment. The main steps include (1) defining transmission aisles as lifeline engineering and overhead transmission lines as aorta; (2) slicing the aisles with pole and tower as units; (3) collecting aisle data; (4) analyzing the severity and probability of aisle risks based on relevant criteria; (5) comprehensively considering various influencing factors and making the comprehensive risk calculation; (6) analyzing the common outrage risk based on relevant criteria. The result of the risk assessment can provide technical support for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of transmission aisle as lifeline engineering.
