摘要:为了提高钢铁材料在海洋环境下的抗蚀减摩性能,本文制备了环氧树脂-PTFE涂层,并研究了PTFE的疏水性、耐腐蚀性和润滑性能对环氧树脂涂层性能的影响。测试结果表明:当向环氧树脂涂层中添加15wt%PTFE时,涂层的微观结构致密,水接触角由74.81°增加到了100.90°,腐蚀电流密度下降为3.702×10-7A·cm-2,摩擦系数从0.6降到了0.16左右。

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-friction performance of steel materials in the marine environment, epoxy-PTFE coatings were prepared and the effects of hydrophobicity, corrosion resistance and lubricating properties of PTFE on the properties of epoxy resin coatings were investigated. The results show that when 15wt% PTFE is added to the epoxy coating, the microstructure of the coating is denseis, the water contact angle of the coating increases from 74.81° to 100.90°, and the corrosion current density decreases to 3.702×10-7A·cm-2, meanwhile, the friction coefficient of decreased from 0.6 to 0.16.
