Method: based on threshold segmentation and morphological operation, segmentation of a region of cerebral hemorrhage from a set of CT images of a patient. Then reconstruct the skull and cerebral hemorrhage area using surface rendering method. And accumulate the volume of the segmented image for each layer. the volume of cerebral hemorrhage and craniocerebral volume has been achieved. Result: The volume and relative position of intracerebral hemorrhage has been calculated. Conclusion: by the study of Automatic analysis of CT images of cerebral hemorrhage in DICOM format, reduce the time it took doctors to diagnose. The volume of intracerebral hemorrhage, the area of cerebral hemorrhage accounts for the proportion of brain volume, and cerebral hemorrhage area relative position in the brain tissue.
