In this work, monoethanolamine (MEA) is used as stabilizer in the precursor for solution processed indium gallium zinc oxide thin-film-transistor (a-IGZO TFT). It is shown that the MEA has positive influence on TFT’s turn-on voltage, which might be owing to better film morphology and less oxygen defects. With MEA in the precursor, a-IGZO TFT with higher indium ratio and higher mobility is achievable.
