民族院校公共英语教师核心素养研究

本研究采用质性研究的方式,通过与八位教师的半结构化的深度访谈,分析民族院校公共英语教师的核心素养结构。研究发现:民族院校公共英语教师在教育教学实践中核心素养主要体现为三个维度的八大素养:1.知识维度,包括:教学环境知识素养、学科专业知识素养。2.实践维度,包括:教学技能素养、学习共同体互动协作素养。3.理念维度,包括:多元文化素养、职责伦理素养、终身学习素养、科学研究素养。相较于其他研究提出的各种教师素养结构,民族院校公共英语教师的素养结构呈现鲜明的特征。本研究对重新制定民族院校公共英语教师的教学素养标准,整合各级资源,促进教师的专业发展以及公共英语课程思政教学改革等方面都具有一定的参考作用。



This study adopts a qualitative approach to analyze the core literacy structure of college English teachers in ethnic universities through semi-structured in-depth interviews with eight teachers. The results show that their key competences are mainly embodied in eight major qualities of three dimensions: a) Knowledge dimension, including key competences of teaching environment & knowledge and professional knowledge. b) Practical dimension, including key competences of teaching skills and learning community interaction & collaboration. c) Ideological dimension, including: key competences of multicultural, responsibility ethics, lifelong learning and scientific research. Compared with various teacher core literacy structures proposed by other studies, that of the college English teachers in ethnic universities demonstrates distinct characteristics. This study has some reference value in re-establishing the teaching literacy standard of college English teachers in ethnic universities, integrating resources at all levels, promoting the professional development of teachers, and reforming the virtue education of college English courses.
