疫情防控常态化背景下，智慧教育的加速发展为教师队伍专业化发展注入了新的元素。智慧教育形态中的高校英语教师，承载着培养思维品质较高、善于解决复杂问题、创新能力突出、社会适应性强的学生的任务。本研究通过智慧教师讲述的成长故事和收集的素材，发现智慧教师成长过程中可能遇到的困难和挑战以及解决办法，探究智慧教师特征；借助教师发展成因关联模型和收集的数据构建智慧教师专业发展模型，从而探索智慧教师专业发展提升路径，为高校英语智慧教师的成长院校、智慧教育的发展、 以及未来教师教育提供借鉴。

Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the accelerated development of wisdom education has injected new elements into the professional development of teachers. College English teachers in the form of wisdom education bear the task of training students with high thinking quality, good at solving complex problems, outstanding innovation ability and strong social adaptability. Through the growth stories told by intelligent teachers and the materials collected, this study finds out the difficulties and challenges and solutions that may be encountered in the process of intelligent teachers' growth, and explores the characteristics of intelligent teachers. With the help of the causal correlation model of teacher development and the collected data, this paper constructs the professional development model of intelligent teachers, so as to explore the ways to improve the professional development of intelligent teachers. It can provide reference for the growth of English intelligent teachers in colleges and universities, the development of wisdom education, and teacher education in the future.
