摘要
Constant power control in capacitor charging is getting more and more attention due to the higher charging speed. In this paper, a fixed-frequency LCC resonant converter for capacitor charging power supply(CCPS) is proposed, solved the problem of excessive switching frequency variation range in constant power control. The operation principle and time domain expressions of the converter is analyzed. Then, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization(PSO) design for resonant components is proposed, to extend the ZVS range and reduce reactive power throughout the charging process. A 10kV/2kW prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis. The ZVS range of the prototype from 0 to 8.9kV, the average power factor is 0.52, and the maximum efficiency is 94.2%.
