摘要
Ultrasound imaging is one of the most often used medical imaging modalities in hospital and plays an important role in almost all departments of hospital both in China ans all of the world. Unfortunately, the traditional ultrasound only received the reflection echos by a linear probe, which makes it is difficult to obtain the sound speed and attenuation information in the imaging and suffered with the problems of speckle noise, low image contrast and small field of view. In order to solve these problems, an innovation revolution technology called ultrasound computed tomography(USCT) imaging have been proposed. In this talk, we will introduce our works of USCT in breast imaging, pediatric imaging and Muscle-bone imaging, which show a great potential applications compared with the traditional US imaging.
