Research on Position Sensorless Control of Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Generator Based on Phase Flux

摘要
Compared with the uncontrolled rectification power generation system, the doubly salient electromagnetic generator(DSEG) can effectively improve its power generation under the controllable rectification power generation mode. However, the position sensor required for controlled rectification has a high failure rate in harsh environments, which reduces the stability of the system. To solve this problem, a position sensorless operation control strategy for DSEG based on phase flux linkage calculation is proposed in this paper. The phase flux linkage is calculated by detecting the phase voltage and phase current of the winding, and there is a correspondence between the intersection point of the phase flux linkage and the specific position of the rotor, so as to obtain the rotor sector switching signal and calculate the rotor angle in real-time according to the sector switching signal. This method does not require rotor initial position information and is suitable for DSEG rotor position detection in medium and high-speed operation. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
