摘要
In the context of reducing carbon emissions, the use of electric motors instead of conventional car engines is considered an effective approach, and as a result a large number of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations have been set up around the world to cater for the rapidly growing user base. However, the access to large-scale EV charging loads has a significant negative impact on the power grid. Thus, the optimal distribution network reconfiguration with interconnection of charging station is this solution for this issue. In this paper, a distribution reconfiguration model considering EV charging loads is established. First, we model the EV charging load using probabilistic statistics. Based on the EV model, we develop the coordinated maintenance scheduling with distribution reconfiguration considering EV uncertainty. The second-order cone relaxation method are used to obtain the optimal solution. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified in the IEEE 33-bus system with EV charging load added.
