摘要
Sinusoidal double salient electro-magnetic machine (SDSEM) is a new type of double salient electro-magnetic machine (DSEM). Compared with DSEM, the back electro-motive-force waveforms of SDSEM are highly sinusoidal, so the vector control strategy can be used. In this paper, the basic mathematical model of SDSEM is established based on the analysis of its electromagnetic characteristics, and the vector control system based on id=0 and unity power factor control is constructed. To reduce the copper loss of SDSEM under unity power factor control, in this paper, a control strategy to minimize the copper loss under unity power factor control by taking advantage of the adjustable magnetism of SDSEM is presented. Simulation analysis based on MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that SDSEM has good performance under id=0 and unity power factor control. The proposed control strategy can minimize the copper loss of SDSEM.
