摘要
Centrifugal force is the main external load of the rotor of high-speed electric machine. When the electric machine works at high speed, centrifugal force will not only deform the flux barrier, but also cause local deformation of the air gap, which will affect the performance of the electric machine. In this paper, the strength of the rotor was firstly calculated analytically. A 3D model with 1mm axial length was established for finite element analysis at burst-speed by using 0.35mm thick high-strength silicon steel. Based on the material properties measured in the experiment, the model after deformation was reconstructed to analyze the electromagnetic performance of the electric machine and improve the calculation accuracy.
