摘要
Obtaining rotor speed of traction motor in real time is a crucial task for CRH2-high-speed-train (CRH2-HST). This paper takes CRH2-HST traction motor MT205 as the object, and obtains motor state estimation by extended Kalman filter (EKF), which is an important part of CRH2-HST traction control unit (TCU). In order to apply the method to CRH2-HST application and verify the effectiveness of the method, real-time implementation of EKF algorithm on digital signal processor (DSP) is realized, and TMS320F28335 is chosen to guarantee the proposed implementation use the same hardware with TCU. Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation platform based on DSP and real-time simulator is built, where HIL simulation for state estimation of traction motor MT205 is carried out.
