摘要
In recent years, the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly, but the operation and maintenance service system are not perfect, resulting in low efficiency in early warning and handling of charging faults and safety risks. This paper proposes an interactive operation and maintenance service model. Firstly, the characteristics of different types of charging facilities and the space-time characteristics of EVs are analyzed, and the matching model of EVs and corresponding charging facilities is established. Secondly, based on the driving force of safe operation and maintenance and the safety factors in the charging process, a safe operation and maintenance mechanism of charging piles was proposed. Thirdly, considering the main interconnection characteristics of the charging process, the combination of local service and remote service mode is proposed to construct the EV charging operation and maintenance service mode. Finally, the evaluation system of operation and maintenance service mode is established.
