The measurement of logistics development level is very essential for the logistics development planning of the region. This project aims to study the logistics efficiency level of 10 cities running through the east-west line of China in the context of “One Belt, One Road”. Measuring the efficiency value of logistics from 2013 to 2018 by DEA method. To find the advantages and shortcomings of logistics development in each Province; and adopting the theory of synergy to analyze the degree of synergy between regional logistics and regional economy, regional logistics and foreign trade in each Province. To dynamically reflect the Dialectical connection of development of logistics industry and regional economic growth and foreign trade in each Province. Through the analysis of the results, it is proposed to improve the sustainable development of logistics in each Province, which should be improved from the aspects of improving the service capacity ,innovating the cooperation mechanism and guaranteeing by policy.
