Associate Professor Southeast University

Dr. Rui received the Ph.D. degree in Geoinformatics from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in 2013, and then worked as a post-doctor on spatial analysis at Nanjing University. In 2017, he joined the School of Transportation, Southeast University as an associate professor. He is serving as assistant dean of the Joint Research Institute on Internet of Mobility between Southeast University and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In the field of Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure System, he presided over several national/provincial scientific research projects, such as the general program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the sub-project of the national key R&D program, the academy-local cooperation project of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the key R&D program of Shandong Province.
