摘要
Modern trams, as a medium-volume mode of public transport, not only fill the gap between bus and rail transit, but also gradually become the business cards of some cities. In order to provide better tram service and strengthen operation management, it is necessary to evaluate tram passenger satisfaction. Based on ACSI, this paper proposes a customer satisfaction evaluation method under Partial Least Squares and structural equation model. Structural equation model can effectively transform latent variables into explicit variables in satisfaction survey. The partial least squares method is used to solve the model. we apply the proposed model to the case study of passenger satisfaction evaluation of Suzhou Tram Line 1 to verify its effectiveness. The results show that the model satisfies the test criteria well, and the interaction between the indicators is very obvious, which can provide a reference for the company to optimize service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
