摘要
Tunnel surrounding rock deformation monitoring is an important technology to ensure the safety of tunnel construction. In order to make up for the shortcomings of existing measurement methods in tunnel surrounding rock deformation which are greatly affected by the construction environment and difficult to effectively reflect the deformation trend,this paper proposes a tunnel surrounding rock deformation monitoring method based on binocular vision systems. Zhang’s calibration algorithm is used to calibrate the camera parameters, which is critical for accurate measurements. The binocular camera captures the surrounding rock images of the tunnel, and Gaussian filtering, edge detection, least square fitting are used to realize the identification and three-dimensional coordinate calculation of feature points in low-quality surrounding rock images. The simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the accurate monitoring of tunnel surrounding rock deformation under the terrible construction environment, and the precision can reaches 0.1mm. The measurement accuracy is not affected by the measurement distance, camera angle and baseline within the effective measurement range.
