The rapid growth of regional logistics demand plays an important role in stimulating regional economic growth and promoting the optimization and upgrading of regional industries. In this paper, the influencing factors of logistics demand in Henan Province are analyzed by using grey system theory advantage analysis, and the GM (1, 1) model of logistics demand in Henan Province is established under the results of the analysis, and the logistics demand in Henan Province in the future is forecasted. The results of influencing factors analysis and the forecast data of logistics demand can provide a certain reference for the regional logistics development planning in this area.
