摘要
With the increase of train running speed, the influence of wheel-rail excitation force on the stability of bogie frame structure becomes more and more obvious. It is important to study the transfer characteristics between wheel-rail excitation force and frame load. However, due to the complexity of vehicle structure, it is difficult to construct transfer function. By analyzing the frame load and wheel-rail force, the transfer function can be constructed. In time domain and frequency domain, correlation features are used to obtain their transmission characteristics. Combined with rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics, the whole vehicle dynamics model of high-speed train is established. The vertical force of wheel and rail and the vertical load of frame under different working conditions are obtained by simulation. The correlation between them is analyzed by Pearson coefficient and the correlation characteristics are extracted. The power spectrum of wheel-rail vertical force and frame vertical load under different working conditions is obtained by short-time Fourier transform method, and its transmission characteristics in frequency domain are analyzed. The research work in this paper is of great significance for exploring the influencing factors of the structural stability of bogie frame.
