Researchers have recognized societal sustainability as one of the characteristics of sustainable improvement. BoC technology can transform how information is transferred and increase transparency within a company. As a result, this research aims to see how BoC technology affects the corporation's business ethics and social sustainability. In the initial phase, a conceptual model is formulated using previous literature. The association between model variables is examined in the second phase among 380 managers of IT companies engaged in the Western region of India. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model and Smart-PLS software. The findings of this study practical contribution to building a frame for recognizing the nexus of BoC technology, business ethics, and corporate governance on social sustainability. From a managerial standpoint, the outcomes of this study can help Indian companies, IT managers, and experts to understand the value of BoC knowledge and its effect on accomplishing sustainability and strengthening the governance system.
