With the increasing mining depth of coal resources, how to achieve safe and efficient mining of deep coal seams and ecological environment protection is one of the major challenges of current green coal mining. Backfilling and mining has significant effects on preventing deep shaft dynamic impact disasters, reducing surface subsidence, and protecting the ecological environment. Backfilling mining with ultra-high water content materials in mines is characterized by simple technology, strong adaptability, high water volume ratio, relatively simple labor organization, low material consumption, and high backfilling rate, which can effectively solve the prominent contradiction between coal resource mining damage and surface environmental protection, Meet the requirements of the new development concept of green intelligent mining for coal disaster reduction and damage reduction. On the basis of summarizing the research and development background and development process of backfilling mining technology, the technical principle, process flow, and material properties of ultra-high water backfilling mining are described; There are significant differences between backfilling mining and traditional fully mechanized mining in the theory of strata movement control. This paper analyzes the cooperative bearing mechanism of backfilling and coal bodies, the mechanism of erosion prevention in backfilling mining, and the theory of dynamic disaster prevention and control in deep coal seam ultra-high water backfilling mining. It points out the key technologies of disaster reduction and green mining, intelligent perception of dynamic disasters, and intelligent control of equipped backfilling equipment. And in the practice of ultra-high water material backfilling mining site in Yineng Coal Mine in Shandong Province has realized the safe, efficient and intelligent green mining of deep coal seam under buildings, railways and water bodies. In the future, it is necessary to improve the intelligent level of ultra-high water backfilling and mining while continuing to improve the theory of green mining strata control for deep ultra-high water backfilling, innovate in the collaborative mining of ultra-high water backfilling and coal and coal series co associated resources, combine ultra-high water backfilling and mining with carbon capture, storage, and reuse technology (CCUS), and gradually improve the theory and technical system of green mining for disaster reduction and damage reduction in deep coal seam ultra-high water backfilling and mining, Provide scientific basis for realizing green mining of deep resources.
