In order to solve the problem of serious stagnant pressure of resources under dense buildings in central and eastern mining areas of China, a coordinated mining subsidence control method of "mining, filling and retaining" is proposed. Through the actual measurement and similar material model experiments, the law of surface movement and the technical principle of subsidence control are revealed, and the prediction method of surface movement coordinated by "mining, filling and retaining" is proposed. Through the application research and mining test of coal mining under villages, good economic and social benefits are obtained, which provides an effective means for mining subsidence control.
