Digital scene construction of equipment installation and withdrawal in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine
(Combined mining equipment- Digitization-Scene)
Abstract: With the continuous development of digitalization in smart mines, significant progress has been made in the operation, maintenance, and overhaul of major mechanical equipment in underground coal mines. The focus of this paper is on how to leverage the various types of big data from the smart mine management and control platform, extensively and deeply utilize existing information, digitalization, and visualization systems, and through "digital scene reconstruction", comprehensively mine the data value of equipment installation, operation, and withdrawal in fully mechanized mining faces in underground coal mines, as well as related roadway floor and roof, hydrology, and geological conditions. By using modeling, virtualization, BIM, transparent geology and other related technologies, we aim to build a digital platform for equipment installation and withdrawal in fully mechanized mining faces in underground coal mines based on the "smart mine" concept. The goal is to simplify construction processes, optimize operating procedures, improve operational efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and improve equipment life cycle management while ensuring safety, efficiency, and speed. This platform aims to comprehensively address the challenges of equipment installation, withdrawal, debugging, and operation in fully mechanized mining faces in underground coal mines.
