摘要
The study proposes a multi-chamber detonation device for depositing high-quality coatings and subsequent modification, ensuring low energy consumption and high material efficiency (up to 90%). The technology targets wear-resistant, heat-shielding, and corrosion-resistant coatings on various materials, including those with complex shapes and thin walls. The research aims to understand the effects of pulse-plasma treatment on the structure and properties of detonation coatings. Comprehensive investigations reveal that this treatment forms a nanostructural state in coatings, enhancing their strength and crack resistance. Analytical evaluations highlight the importance of optimal structural-phase composition and uniform distribution of strengthening phases for improved properties. Plasma-detonation modification increases coating hardness and density by facilitating defect healing, accelerated mass transfer, and increased particle concentration. The findings advocate for a duplex technology combining cumulative detonation spraying and plasma detonation modification for creating coatings suited for extreme operating conditions.
