With the development of society, various micro-nano process technologies have been widely applied in the field of microfluidics. In our work, we fabricate a unique surface consisting of regularly patterned posts with Janus-mushroom structure (JMS) using photolithography technology and achieve directional transport of boiling droplets on the JMS surface. We also design the hierarchically non-interconnected honeycomb surface based on electrodeposition and report rapid detachment of boiling droplets on this superhydrophilic surface. Finally, we propose Leidenfrost droplets as efficient viscous micro-reactors on the hot curve surface, which is prepared through CNC technology. These works might be of interest to researchers in a variety of fields, including fluid physics, surface engineering, and materials engineering.
