The neutral beam injection (NBI) power supply system is an important part of the NBI system, and the various parts of the NBI power supply system work together to achieve the normal operation of NBI system. The NBI ion source power supply system plays an important role in the generation and extraction of ion beams and is an indispensable part of the NBI power supply system. In this paper, the NBI ion source power supply system using filament ion source will be investigated. Depending on the load, NBI ion source power supply system is divided into plasma generator power supply (filament power supply and arc power supply), ion optical system power supply (acceleration grid power supply, gradient grid divider and suppressor grid power supply) and transmission line system (transmission line, snubber and snubber bias power supply). This paper describes in detail the role, structure, characteristic, load requirement and typical application of each power supply.
