摘要
At present, bidirectional DC-DC converters are commonly used in the braking energy recovery devices of large mining cars. In response to the problem of poor stability of bidirectional DC-DC converters under traditional control, which causes large fluctuations in DC bus voltage, an optimized control method for bidirectional DC-DC converters based on improved Active Disturbance Rejection Control is studied. Firstly, this article discusses the topology and working principle of bidirectional DC-DC converters used in large mining cars. Then, based on the working mode and environment of bidirectional DC-DC converters in large mining cars, the improved Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control is applied to the bidirectional DC-DC converter to smooth out the fluctuations of high-voltage DC bus voltage. The effect is compared with traditional PI control. Through experiments, it can be found that the improved Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control can improve the dynamic response speed and the overall anti-interference ability of the bidirectional DC-DC converter, greatly enhancing system stability.
