摘要
In repetitive-frequency pulsed power application, capacitor is usually used as the terminal energy buffer to reduce the impact of pulsed loads on the power grid. The output capacitor voltage is repeatedly charged to the set value by the capacitor power supply (CCPS). However, the charging power of the CCPS is constantly variable, which seriously affects the waveform quality of the power grid. In this paper, a new repetitive-frequency pulsed power supply topology based on DC bus-side power compensation is proposed. For the power grid, the whole repetitive-frequency pulsed power supply can be equated to a constant resistance load. Therefore, constant power input is achieved, which helps to achieve unit power factor in the front-end power factor correction stage and reduces the impact on the power grid. And the repetitive pulse discharge frequency is increased. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified through simulation.
