A current prediction control strategy of PMSM based on dynamic current trajectory planning

摘要
To enhance the performance of dynamic current and speed response of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a dynamic current trajectory planning method is proposed. This method is combined with the deadbeat-based predictive current control (DPCC) of the PMSM. First, the bi-directional depth-first search (Bi-DFS) algorithm is employed to determine the optimal current trajectory in the dq-axis plane of the PMSM. Subsequently, utilizing the voltage vector hexagon and current sampling data, the current vector hexagon is forecasted. By adjusting the predicted current based on the planned trajectory as a reference, the current is optimized to align with the intended trajectory, ensuring effective current closed-loop control. This approach offers improved speed and accuracy in dynamic current response compared to conventional control methods, while also exhibiting robust steady-state performance. Simulation comparisons with traditional methods validate the efficacy of the proposed strategy.
