摘要
To investigate the elasto-plastic characteristics of Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) under complex loading conditions, cyclic loading tensile tests were conducted on eight JL/G1A-240/30 ACSR specimens at room temperature. Stress-strain curves of ACSR under cyclic loading were obtained. By analyzing the key mechanical parameters of ACSR’s elasto-plastic behavior, the effect of load amplitude on its performance was studied. Results show that the stress-strain curves of ACSR exhibit pronounced elasto-plastic characteristics, with ACSR continuously releasing plastic deformation during loading and load holding phases. When the load amplitude exceeds 70% of the comprehensive breaking force, the unloading elastic modulus decreases as the load amplitude increases. These experimental results provide data support for disaster prevention and mitigation design in transmission lines.
