摘要
The measurement of conductive fluid has always been one of the important problems in the field of fluid measurement. This paper proposes a new type of electromagnetic fusion measurement system, which can measure the flow rate and conductivity of the measured working fluid through the principle of electromagnetic induction. The measurement system is composed of induction electrode, induction coil, Helmholtz coil and excitation source. Through the nested deployment of induction coil and induction electrode, the primary magnetic field is established in the area by using high and low frequency excitation induction coil and Helmholtz coil respectively, so as to realize the measurement of induced electromotive force and dynamic electromotive force. In this paper, a simulation experiment is designed. The experimental results show that the system designed in this paper can effectively measure the flow rate and conductivity of the measured working fluid, verify the feasibility of the coil electrode sensor and the excitation mode, and provide a new technical idea for the field of conductive fluid measurement.
