In order to decrease the impact of mismatched motor parameters in the model predictive voltage control (MPVC) for permanent magnet synchronous motors, a model-free predictive voltage control method based on inductance extraction with two voltage vectors is proposed. Firstly, an improved predictive model is reconstructed, where the flux linkage and resistance parameters are eliminated to reduce the prediction deviation caused by parameters mismatch. Then, two cost functions are designed to derive the reference voltage equations through partial derivatives, which only include inductance information. Furthermore, an inductance extraction system consisting of an integrator and a low-pass filter is employed to continuously update the inductance information and obtains accurate reference voltages in real time. In addition, an optimal duty cycle (ODC) control method based on the updated inductance is introduced to enhance current tracking performance. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method eliminates the impact of motor parameters mismatch and improves the robustness of the system.
