摘要
In this paper, a two-stage series Model Predictive Torque Control (MPTC) method for Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (SPMSM) is proposed, with the aim of reducing torque and flux linkage ripples. A two-stage series structure is established by extending voltage and flux-linkage control over two control cycles, thereby reducing switching losses. In the first stage, a cost function is constructed using the reference voltage error, which eliminates the weighting factors and facilitates the rapid selection of voltage vectors. In the second stage, a cost function based on the reference flux-linkage error is employed. In addition, the number of voltage vectors increases from 8 to 26 through the combination of basic voltage vectors. The simulations are conducted to validate the proposed method.
