摘要
The deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) method has excellent dynamic effects. However, it’s highly sensitive to parameter mismatches, which can have significant impacts on the control system in practical applications. To address this issue, this paper proposes a DPCC with robustness improvement (DPCC-RI) method for the common DC bus open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor (OW-PMSM). Firstly, in order to suppress the inherent zero-sequence current (ZSC) in OW-PMSM, the voltage vector distribution method is applied. Secondly, disturbances from parameter mismatches are compensated in predictive model. Subsequently, a simple robust controller is designed to calculate the disturbances, reducing the amounts of tuning parameters and system complex. Finally, simulation results based on MATLAB/Simulink validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
